Contract management is an integral part of Firm practice. Over a period of time, the Firm has been engaged by various clients for drafting and vetting of contracts as well as advisory on issues emerging from the contractual obligations.

We have varied and rich experience in drafting and vetting of agreements as well as issuance of opinions on contractual implications upon termination.

We can assist you in carrying out pre-contract advisory (including due diligence were required) drafting of lease agreements and leave & license agreements for property transactions. Personnel at the Firm have also been on secondment for undertaking contract management.

In the EPC space, our team carries significant experience in drafting, negotiating and managing contracts for large projects in the solar energy, conventional energy, petrochemical and manufacturing space.
